The Confederation of Free Trade Unions of Macedonia took part in the training for monitoring and evaluation of the old one and making the new National Program for decant work in Macedonia, which took place in Skopje on 11-12 june 2018, which was organized by the International Labor Organization (ILO).
The training included specialists and mid-level managers from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Employment Agency, the State Labor Inspectorate, employers’ organizations and trade unions.
The National Program for decant work is a medium-term planning framework that provides the ILO’s work guidance in a country in accordance with the priorities and objectives agreed with its tripartite constituents. It is signed by the Government, trade unions, employers’ organizations and ILO.
The essential goal of The National Program for decant work is to promote decent work itself, find out specific needs and problems in the country.The National Program for decant work for Republic of Macedonia (2015-2018) was prepared as part of a comprehensive tripartite consultation process involving ILO national constituents.
