The final decent work program (PDD) 2019-2022 (in Macedonian) is a result of consultations and remarks from representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, trade unions and employers’ associations. It reflects the priorities of the Government and the social partners and the possibilities for technical support of the International Labor Organization.
The program was signed by the Director of the International Labor Organization for Europe and Central Asia, the Minister of Labor and Social Policy on behalf of the Government, the presidents of ORM, BCM, SSM, KSS, UNASM and KSOM.
The Confederation of Free Trade Unions of Macedonia with its experts participated in the creation of this program, thus contributing to its creation. National decent work programs are the basic instrument for providing ILO support for Member States.
The national decent work program is a medium-term planning framework that gives the ILO’s work directions to a country in accordance with the priorities and goals agreed with governments, trade unions and employers.
This program document is a result of the strategic planning of the ILO cooperation activities in the Republic of Macedonia for the period 2019-2022.
